Dubber is run by version32 LLC. These terms explain what you can expect and what you agree to when using Dubber. You accept them through the sign-up checkboxes or by tapping or replying "AGREE" in chat.

Your recordings and translations

Dubber translates voice messages sent through WhatsApp, MMS or RCS where available. The result is AI-generated audio that sounds like the original speaker.

You and everyone in a recording must be at least 18. Before sending it, make sure you have the right to share it and every speaker's express permission for AI translation and voice cloning.

You keep the rights you already hold in your recordings and translations. You give Dubber and its translation providers, including their affiliated companies and subcontractors, non-exclusive permission to process your content to provide and support the service. Our privacy policy explains how we handle it.

Using Dubber responsibly

Translations can miss a word or change someone's meaning. Please check important details, especially names and numbers. Don't use Dubber for emergencies, protected health information, government work or important medical, legal, financial or other decisions affecting someone's rights or wellbeing.

Don't use Dubber to deceive, threaten, harass, commit fraud, create fake evidence, violate anyone's rights or bypass identity checks. Follow the law and your messaging service's rules.

Label translations you share "AI-generated translation". Get written permission before publishing or selling someone else's dubbed voice.

Plans, credits and payments

Checkout shows your price and renewal schedule. Plans renew monthly or annually until you cancel. Annual plans are paid in full upfront.

Included credits refresh on the schedule shown with your plan, and unused credits expire when they refresh. Annual plans with monthly allowances refresh credits each month, even though you pay yearly.

Usage depends on the original recording's length and your selected audio option. We deduct credits after confirmed delivery of the audio or its playback-link message. Translations pause when you run out of credits.

Purchased credits carry over but need an active paid plan to use. If you enable automatic top-up, you authorize additional charges to refill your balance when it falls below your chosen threshold. You can turn it off in your account.

Changing or cancelling your plan

You can change or cancel your plan in your account. Changes take effect at the end of your paid period. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next subscription charge.

After cancelling, your plan stays active until your paid period ends. Credits keep their usual expiry dates. Cancellation doesn't refund the current period or unused credits, except where required by law.

Replying STOP stops messages. It doesn't cancel your paid plan or delete your account.

Messages and getting help

You agree to replies about your translation requests, including SMS playback links if RCS audio can't be delivered. Links expire after 24 hours. Message frequency depends on your use, and carrier message and data charges may apply.

Reply STOP to stop messages, START to resume or HELP for help. For account or translation questions, email support@trydubber.com.

Service availability and provider terms

Availability depends on your carrier and our providers. Interruptions can happen. We may change or stop the service, or suspend accounts for misuse, unpaid charges, security concerns or provider and legal requirements.

Follow our translation providers' use rules. For Premium audio, including the free trial, the current ElevenLabs terms and use policy also apply. Their stricter rules take priority.

Your service and support come from Dubber. Dubber and its users are not ElevenLabs' agents or partners and have no joint venture with it. Don't claim otherwise. ElevenLabs can enforce the parts of these terms that protect it as a third-party beneficiary.
